The opportunity of a lifetime arises for OCC when a wealthy historian asks the guys to incorporate original copper fixtures from the Statue of Liberty into a custom chopper. Paul Jr. pulls all the stops out with fabrication including innovative touches of a right-side driveline and a torch-shaped carburettor.
In the midst of the struggle to finish the Liberty Bike on time, Paul Sr. proposes a spontaneous snow tubing trip. Back at the shop though, the pressure mounts as Paulie realizes the bike's exhaust doesn't fit and that there is a problem with the rear fender.
