And Cody, the youngest member of the shop’s crew (he’s still in high school!), enjoys the rare opportunity to design and fabricate his first bike for the upcoming Biketoberfest in Daytona and quickly becomes an integral member of the crew.

Black Widow Bike 1 & 2:

Paul Jr. begins work on his next creation, a Black Widow theme motorcycle for one of New York City’s biggest trade shows. But with limited time and a nasty case of toothache, the pressure mounts in the workshop causing sparks to fly between the father and son team. 

Race Car 1 & 2:

Tempers flare again as the OCC crew battles to create a $150,000 Race Car theme bike for a NASCAR race. Can the team overcome an impossible deadline, elusive materials and broken-down shop equipment to capture the chequered flag?

With time running out on the Comanche bike project, Paul and Paul dig in for a battle of wills and a war of words. But, just when things seem like they couldn't get any worse, the crew hits the highway for their latest bike show – saying goodbye to the Big Apple and hello to the Big Easy.

Comanche 3:

Back from the Big Easy, the crew comes home to a big problem – how to finish the suddenly troublesome Comanche bike. Paul Jr. and Vinnie put the pedal to the metal to wrap things up in time for the big unveiling at the Myrtle Beach bike show. Tool Bike
It's noses to the grindstone when Paul Jr. creates a custom chopper for the Snap-On company incorporating the tools that they sell. But it doesn't last long, disagreements and last minute delays throw a spanner in the works.

Football Bike
The team hunker down to build a custom chopper for their hometown American football heroes, the New York Jets. Tension mounts between father and son as they race to complete the project in time - will they get their touchdown?

POW/MIA Bike
Paul Sr. gets to the getting and fabricates a chopper to honour America's forgotten heroes, those missing in action or prisoners of war. The crew helps him overcome last minute setbacks to complete the heartfelt tribute in time.

But as this amazing first series shows, nothing's ever straight forward in the world of custom bike building!

Featuring six very different characters, and six radically different ideas about how choppers should be built. Meet Steve Wheeler, a golf playing death metal fan, Paul 'Tooty' Moody, the ex-guardsman and all-round party animal, and Stez, the hard man of British Biker Build-off. Then there's Jamie who decides to take-up Banger Racing, Vic the mystical magician, and last but not least, Phil Piper, joker-of-the-pack. During filming there was no need to invent fake animosity - some of these guys really don't like each other, and tension reaches boiling point time and time again!

The finale climaxes with hot favourite Vic missing the deadline and arriving late for judging weekend - causing a huge row. Cycling Chopper 1 & 2

The guys visit Nike headquarters in search of inspiration for their next project, a chopper tribute to seven-time Tour de France champion and cancer survivor Lance Armstrong and his Livestrong Foundation. With their deadline looming, the team struggles to put the finishing touches in time to get the chopper to Justin and Nub Grafix for paint. But when the bike returns, engine problems linger, putting the pressure on Junior to fix the mystery problem before they present the gift to Lance on The Tonight Show.

Police Bike 1 & 2

The guys pay a visit to the New York State Police Academy, where they learn first hand just how tough training is when Keith ends up on the wrong side of the law. They have been commissioned to produce a bike honouring the men and women of law enforcement, but with delays beginning to pile up, the crew battle to fix the bike in time for a benefit for New York police officers lost on 9/11.

Biker Legend Chopper 1 & 2

A trip down memory lane while at Sturgis inspires Senior to build a tribute to biker legend and artist David Mann. But throughout the build Senior struggles with problems, from Paulie showing up late to work to never-ending fights with Mike. But then, through a tragic phone call from Easyriders magazine, Senior learns that David Mann has passed away, changing the bike from a tribute to Mann's work to a memorial to his life.
