Since 1924, when Walter P.Chrysler built his first automobile, the Chrysler built his first automobile, the Chrysler marque has attacted faithful fan with its assurance of luxury and quality. From the beginning, Chrysler retained a distinct identity as a luxury marque, particularly so with the Imperial models. When Chrysler finally built small cars in the 1970, they were luxurious small cars.
