Pierre Philippe est né en 1974 dans le Nord de la France, où il effectue ensuite des études d’ingénieur dans une grande école. Il poursuit depuis sa carrière en région parisienne, d’abord au bureau d’études d’un constructeur automobile de premier plan avant d’enchaîner dans le domaine des véhicules spéciaux. Passionné du constructeur automobile de Maranello, il présente ses trente ans de recherche au sujet de la 365 GTB/4 dans cet ouvrage.
