Giacomo Agostini hizo su debut en el mundial en 1961, y lo dominó desde 1966 a 1975. El título del libro se refiera a los 15 Campeonatos del Mundo que ganó “Ago”, incluyendo ocho en 500 cc y 7 en 350 cc. Trece de estos títulos los ganó con MV Agusta y dos con Yamaha. Ganó un total de 122 carreras y 18 títulos de campeón de Italia. Solo Valentino se acerca algo a los méritos de Agostini.

Se podría calificar el libro de autobiografía, ya que fue escrita con la colaboración de Agostini y utiliza muchas fotografías de su colección personal. Pero el estilo es cuanto menos curioso, ya que está escrito como si un periodista ficticio entrevistara al personaje en cuestión. Pero en definitiva cubre la carrera desde los principios hasta la fecha en que fue editado.
