In the volume, Mark's challenge is to reconstruct a classic Harley Davidson. This is a timely tribute as 2003 marked the 100 year anniversary of production of this biking legend. Built in 1942, chassis number 42WLC3660 was built for the American war effort and proved to be most reliable motorcycle of the war years. More than 90,000 were built and shipped around the world.
Mark's workshop challenge centres around rebuilding a classic WLC model, which requires a complete restoration. During the course of filming the team discovered the bike was also a movie star, appearing alongside Madonna in the film "Evita".
