The Uniroyal Fun Cup is all about experiencing the excitement, drama and passion of long distance endurance racing with a team of like-minded drivers. Originally conceived in mainland Europe in 1997, this unique class of racing has been supremely successful from country to country. Belgium, France, Italy, Spain, Germany, the UK... the Uniroyal Fun Cup is growing all the time!


These drivers face unique challenges which include high speed driver changes and fuel stop strategies which often go wrong and lead to some teams running out of fuel in the middle of a race! But generally this all adds to the adrenalin rush of racing for everyone involved!


This DVD features exclusive coverage of six races from the 2005 season, including five UK rounds and the Spa 25 Hours race. With an incredible 110+ identical old-style Beetle cars starting the Spa 25 hour race, this is probably the most successful endurance series in Europe and probably the world!

Twenty drivers compete in a series of knockout heats on a parallel track using identical Citroen Xsara WRC, Porsche 911 GT3 Road Challenge, Renault Megane Trophy and ROC cars. The winner is rewarded with the title of 'The Champion of Champions'.

Tony an Isle of Man resident and Britain's most famous rally driver almost made it during his attempt in 1988.

For his 1990 challenge he chose to do it witout a navigator. This meant a useful weight-saving - particularly effective on the 1000 feet climb from sea-level to the highest point on the circuit - but would require Tony to have perfect memory and knowledge of the TT courses 100+ bends in order to break the record.

This tape tells the full story of a remarkable achievement and captures the excitement and thrill of the record run itself via the use of on-board cameras. The end result is probably the best quality point-of-view footage ever recorded actually during a record attempt or motorsport event. We defy you not to be impressed as you enter corners where the average car and driver would be on-the-limit at 70mph at nearly double that speed.

The Trust raises funds to find a cure for Lowe’s syndrome: a rare and currently incurable disorder affecting children from birth. It causes a range of serious disabilities: restricted growth, partial sight, speech and learning difficulties. Sadly, many children do not survive into their teens. There is currently no government funding, but over the last 4 years the Trust has raised £200,000 for research at Dundee University, Imperial College London, University College London, and Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital..
