The story of the 2008 Hannspree Superbike World Championship was the outstanding domination of veteran racer Troy Bayliss as the ever-popular Australian chased a third World Championship before retiring from the sport.

The Official Review brings you the complete story of an incredible season, packed with so much fast and furious action it takes two disc to hold it all! Featuring more than seven hours of awesome footage this is the complete story, with comprehensive coverage of all 14 rounds.

Bayliss made the best start possible to his swansong season, taking the Ducati 1098 to victory at the very first race of the year. The scene was set for a triumphant ride to the championship, but Bayliss was not going to have an easy time thanks to determined opposition and a mid-season 'wobble'!

The '08 grid featured a stunning line-up of challengers, including Max Biaggi, Noriyuki Haga and Troy Corser all out for victory, Carlos Checa, returning from MotoGP, and chargers like Lorenzo Lanzi, Max Neukirchner, Ruben Xaus and Ryuichi Kiyonari determined to make their mark.

During this dramatic season eight different riders took the top step of the podium, but there was nothing they could do about the "Bayliss Factor" - he took a remarkable 11 wins to record his third World Superbike Championship.

The Official Review brings you every vital moment of the season - the caranage at Phillip Island, the drama of bike-breaking Monza, British Superbike Champion Kiyonari making use of 'home' advantage for double victory at Brands Hatch, Bayliss, Haga and Corser tumbling in the US and many more unmissable moments.

Awesome action footage from the best camera angles brings you all the passes and crashes as another historic season unfolds. Your guides to the action are Jonathan Green and Superbike racer Steve Martin, with help from Grand Prix veteran Randy Mamola and British rider Scott Smart at Monza and Vallelunga.
