Le origini della mitica sigla GT, abbreviazione di Gran Turismo, evocano tempi in cui l`automobile in genere era privilegio di poshissimi. Fu proprio l´Akfa Romeo a stimolare per prima in Italia con queso apellativo L´interessamento di una fascia di mercato senza dubbio d´elite, quando introsusse la 1750 che fu prodotta dal 1929 al 1933.
